No. The browser analyzer is read-only. It cannot directly access or clean the whole Windows drive

1. Using SmartSpace
SmartSpace provides local file analysis and optional account-based features. You must have the necessary permission to analyze the selected files and use the service lawfully.
2. Data safety
SmartSpace's web scanner identifies possible duplicate files and storage opportunities but does not itself delete or modify files. You are responsible for reviewing file locations, backups, and any manual actions you take based on its suggestions. No tool can guarantee error-free results.
3. Accounts and security
Keep your account credentials confidential. Notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized access. You may stop using the service at any time.
4. Paid subscriptions
When offered, paid plans are priced in USD, billed through PayPal at the stated billing frequency, and renew according to the terms presented at checkout unless cancelled. Prices and taxes, if applicable, must be clearly displayed before payment. Cancel renewal from the account settings where enabled; cancellation is not necessarily a refund of previous charges.
5. AI recommendations
AI output is informational and may contain errors. Review recommendations independently before changing files, and never delete critical data based solely on AI advice.
6. Changes and support
Terms may be updated as the service evolves, with material changes announced appropriately. The final version must name the operator and a valid support contact.

Local file processing
The web app reads files selected through your browser on your device. The duplicate analyzer, file-type summaries, and photo comparison run locally. File bytes, names, and paths are not sent to SmartSpace servers by these features.
Account data
When enabled, authentication is provided by Supabase. Account email, identification data, session information and sign-in events may be processed by Supabase. Google sign-in additionally follows Google's privacy terms if you choose it.
Optional cloud AI
Cloud AI is triggered only when you press its button and it is enabled. Only aggregate counts (such as number of duplicates and recoverable bytes) are sent to the server-side AI service. No filenames or file contents are included.
Billing
PayPal processes subscription payments. SmartSpace receives subscription identifiers and status, not your full card number. PayPal's privacy practices govern payment details.
Saved reports
Saving a report is opt-in. If selected, we store counts and totals in Supabase, not filenames or content. Account limits depend on the selected plan. You can request deletion of your account data from the eventual operator; a public contact address must be supplied before release.
Security & retention
Technical controls include authentication, row-level permissions, and private server credentials. Final production retention schedules and data-request procedures require operator configuration.

Billing and renewal
Monthly and yearly Plus/Pro subscriptions, when checkout is enabled, renew through PayPal at the price displayed during checkout in USD. Any applicable taxes and conversion fees depend on your location and payment provider.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation of future renewals from Settings. Cancellation stops subsequent billing after PayPal processes the request. Existing access and refund entitlements depend on the final terms and applicable law.
Refunds
The business must establish and publish an accurate refund policy that complies with applicable consumer law before taking live payments. No automatic refund entitlement is promised in this draft.
